These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EuroCross browser extension and the https://eurocross.pro website ("EuroCross", "we", "our", or "us"). By installing, accessing, or using EuroCross, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please also review our Privacy Policy.

1. What EuroCross Does

EuroCross is a browser extension designed to assist online sellers in transferring listing information between supported European marketplaces (such as Vinted, Wallapop, and eBay Europe).

• EuroCross extracts publicly visible product details from an existing item page and populates supported form fields on target marketplace draft pages to save sellers manual data-entry time.
• No Automated Final Publishing: EuroCross does not automatically publish or submit final listings. It creates draft form entries only.
• Mandatory Review: You, as the seller, are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and manually submitting every listing on the target marketplace.

2. User Responsibility

When using EuroCross to transfer or create product listings, you retain full and exclusive responsibility for all listing content and sales activity. You are solely responsible for:

• Accuracy & Completeness: Ensuring all product titles, descriptions, categories, attributes, sizes, colors, condition notes, and measurements are accurate and complete.
• Pricing & Shipping: Setting, confirming, and managing prices, shipping rates, and fulfillment parameters on each platform.
• Ownership & Intellectual Property: Having the legal right, ownership, and authorization to sell the items and use the associated photos and text.
• Marketplace Rules & Compliance: Complying fully with all terms of service, listing policies, and community guidelines of each marketplace where you list items.
• Legality: Ensuring all items offered comply with applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

3. Marketplace Independence

EuroCross is an independent productivity assistant.

• EuroCross is not affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by, or sponsored by Vinted, eBay, Wallapop, or any of their parent companies or subsidiaries.
• All marketplace trademarks, service marks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.
• Third-party marketplaces may update their interfaces, policies, data structures, or security controls at any time without notice, which may affect extension operation.

4. Service Availability & Compatibility

EuroCross relies on the structure, web layouts, and accessibility of third-party marketplace websites.

• Changes or updates to third-party marketplace websites, forms, or technical environments may temporarily or permanently disrupt feature compatibility.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, continuous availability, or error-free operation across all browser versions, platforms, seller accounts, regions, or individual listings.
• We endeavor to maintain and adapt the extension in response to marketplace updates, but continuous compatibility cannot be guaranteed.

5. Free and Paid Plans

EuroCross may offer free tiers and paid subscription plans:

• Free and paid plans may include different features, monthly transfer allowances, or usage quotas.
• Current pricing, limits, and plan details are displayed on the EuroCross website and checkout pages at the time of purchase or upgrade.
• Purchases and plan terms are subject to the specific details agreed upon during checkout. We do not make promises of perpetual or unconditional unlimited service beyond declared active plan parameters.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use EuroCross only for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the extension for fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or counterfeit listings.
• List prohibited, illegal, dangerous, or restricted items or activities.
• Circumvent, bypass, tamper with, or attempt to disable licensing mechanisms, transfer quotas, authentication, or security features.
• Engage in abusive, excessive, automated bulk activity that harms service infrastructure or violates marketplace policies.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code except to the extent permitted by mandatory applicable law.

7. No Outcome Guarantees

EuroCross is a workflow productivity assistant. We make no representations or guarantees regarding business outcomes, including but not limited to:

• No guarantee of sales volume, buyer interest, profit, or transaction success.
• No guarantee that any marketplace will accept, approve, index, or maintain any listing.
• No guarantee regarding your marketplace account standing, status, or search visibility.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EuroCross is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, EuroCross and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use EuroCross or third-party marketplaces.
